Learning Support Practitioners

We’re looking for calm, compassionate, and reliable Learning Support Practitioners to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with students who have SEND, helping them to engage with learning, manage their emotions, and build confidence in and out of the classroom.
Your day-to-day will involve one-to-one and small group support, behaviour coaching, supporting transitions, and creating a safe, structured learning environment. You’ll work hand-in-hand with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure every student feels seen, supported, and safe.
