With over 27 years of experience in educational leadership, our team of consultants specialises in supporting schools to navigate the complexities of modern education. We work closely with school leaders, teachers, and support staff to create impactful strategies in areas such as curriculum development, leadership coaching, SEND support, and school improvement planning.

Our approach is collaborative and personalised—whether you need guidance on improving Ofsted outcomes, embedding effective SEND practices, or strengthening leadership capacity, we’re here to help.   We’re passionate about nurturing positive change in schools, ensuring that every student, regardless of background or ability, has access to a high-quality education.

Our Core Values:

  • Collaboration: We work hand-in-hand with schools, creating tailored solutions that reflect the unique needs of each learning community.

Dionne Jude - Founder and Lead Consultant

With over 27 years of experience in education, including my recent role as a Trust Director in the E21C Trust in Bromley, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this work.

In my previous roles, I have had the privilege of working closely with and supporting SENDCOs across eight schools, conducting SEND audits and reviews, and collaborating with school leaders to ensure that the needs of learners and their families are fully met. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges faced by schools and our young people.

I am deeply committed to values-based education that focuses on the holistic development of each child. I believe that true preparation for adulthood comes from a balance between academic excellence and character development. My philosophy centres on identifying the unique gifts and potential in every child, nurturing them to become well-rounded individuals ready to take on the world.
